When you try to log in, when you enter your email address and click to continue to sign in, if the page just refreshes and asks you to enter your email address again, please follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Clear cache and cookies
This can be resolved simply by clearing cache and cookies in your Internet browser.
Once you've done this try to log in again. If the issue persists, and does so in every Internet browser, move on to the next check.
Step 2 - Has your access been disabled?
Looping back can be caused by an admin disabling your self-serve access. Check with your employer whether your self-serve access has been disabled or not. If it has they can enable it again for you to be able to log in.
If clearing cache and cookies doesn't work, and you've confirmed your access is definitely enabled, please run through our login troubleshooting guide. Alternatively contact your employer to investigate this, as an admin user can contact Sage support if required.
