When you view a document on the Sage HR app, if you need it on your phone you can download it.

You have two options to download a document.

When you view a document, tap on the three dots on the top right, then tap Download file.

You then see your phone's sharing options to either send to someone or save onto your phone.

Tap on the image of the document to preview it, then just tap the share icon on the bottom left. You then see your phone's sharing options to either send to someone or save onto your phone.
