We're currently in the process of updating all customers on Sage HR Online Services v1, and updating them to v2.

This update provides new features such as the ability to schedule when payslips are published, employees receiving notifications for their latest payslips, and a quicker process to change an employee's email address.

If you are still on Sage HR Online Services v1, you will see a prompt to update your Online Services the next time you log in to your company on Sage 50cloud Payroll. We recommend you do this as soon as you can.
