When logged in to the Sage HR app, if you are in a Timesheets group your current timesheet period appears on your Home screen. Each column represents a day, and they may be split into different colours.
What do the colours mean?
Orange - Times recorded are under contracted hours if there are set hours that you must meet
Grey - Recorded hours match the contracted hours
Dark blue - Hours recorded over the contracted hours
View other timesheets
To see all your other timesheets period, tap on View all.
Alternatively, tap on Menu, then Timesheets.
When in the Timesheets section, you can switch to past or future by tapping on the arrows on either side of the date.
