When you log in to Sage HR or Sage HR Online Services, if the same email address has been used for another company that also uses Sage HR, you can switch between these companies.
So for example, you can log in to Company A, then switch to Company B to view your payslips or time off requests in that company.

When you click on your company name, if you aren't provided with a list of other companies, this means one of the following:
You are set up under a different email address for the other company
Your other employer doesn't use Sage HR
📎NOTE: If you're trying to access another company to see your payslips, the missing employer could be using Sage Employee Online Services, which is a different online payslips portal that can't be accessed on the Sage HR app.
If your other company does use Sage HR, to be able to select another company to log in to, you must ask one of the companies to change your email address to the same as the other.
If this isn't possible, to log in to a second company you must log out, then log in to the other company with the other correct email address and password. This is explained in the section below.

On the Sage HR mobile app, it is possible to log in to another company whilst already logged in to a different company.
Just tap on your company name on your Dashboard, then tap Add an account. You'll then be prompted to enter the email address and workspace URL of the other company.
