When you add a training event, you are asked to select a training category. If any already listed you don't think are relevant, you can edit these or create new categories to choose from. We'll show you how to do this.

📎NOTE: Training event categories are separate to training types.

  1. Logged in as an admin or training administrator, click on your name on the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu, click Employee data, then click Training events.

  3. Click Add category.

    📌TIP: To edit an existing training category click on the pencil icon next to it.


  4. Enter a name for the category.

  5. If required, select to notify employees by email a certain number of days before the due date, and enter the amount.

  6. Click Save.

📌TIP: To delete a training category click on the rubbish bin icon.
