Pipeline categories

Use pipeline categories and stages in Sage HR Recruitment to control how candidates move through your hiring process.

Written by Oliver Cook

Pipeline categories help structure your recruitment workflow. Each category contains stages that represent steps in your hiring process.

You choose which stages to use when you create a pipeline.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Recruitment, then Pipelines.

  4. Select the plus icon under the category.

  5. Enter a stage name.

  6. Select Save.

Select the pencil icon to edit a custom stage.

📎NOTE: You can’t edit or delete default stages.

You can’t delete custom stages. Disable them in pipeline settings instead.

Disable stages within a category

You can disable all stages within a category if you don’t need them.
