If you have an employee that has been manually added in Sage HR Online Services, you may see one of the messages below in their profile.

To resolve this message, and allow employees to be able view their payslips, you must link their Sage HR Online Services profile with their profile in Sage 50cloud Payroll.

The profiles are automatically linked when you first upload the employee's payslips from Sage 50cloud Payroll, and the email addresses in both profiles are the same.

⚠️CAUTION: Before you do this:

  • You must make sure the email address in both Sage HR Online Services and Sage 50cloud Payroll are identical, including capitalisations. If they are not, when you upload their payslips a separate new profile will be created in Sage HR Online Services.
