As employees start filling their project timesheets, admins and project managers can easily generate reports for specific dates based on the project, specific employees and the status of their timesheets.

The project hours report will show you how much time has been spent on projects for the period you've chosen on the period selector. This way you can conduct analysis about time spent on projects based on your needs.

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click Timesheets.

  3. Click Project hours.

  4. Select the start and end periods that you want to include in the report.

  5. Choose the project for which you want to calculate hours spent on (optional)

  6. Select the employee you want in the report (optional)

  7. Click Generate.

You will now see a break down of the each time log that has been saved by employees, including the following data:

  • Date of log

  • Project

  • Work package

  • Employee

  • Hours logged

  • Status of the timesheet

📌TIP: If you want to easily see the total amount spent according to your filtered criteria, you can see it at the top right of the generated report.

If you need to have this report exported into an excel file, you can do so by clicking on the Export button at the bottom of the page.
