Go to Sage HR

If an employee has downloaded the Sage HR app, you can enable a setting that allows their timesheet group to be able to clock in and out using the app.

  1. Click your name in the top right, then click Settings

  2. On the settings menu click Timesheets, then click Timesheet groups

  3. Choose a Timesheets group you would like to enable the clocking in for and click on the edit icon ✏️.

  4. Select Allow employees under this group to clock in from a mobile device

  5. Make sure to not have the API option selected.

  6. Click Save.

Once done, as long as an employee is in that timesheet group a clock in widget should appear on the dashboard of your employee's mobile device.
