You can edit or add employee information in Sage HR in their employee profile.
To get to an employee's profile:
Either search for the employee, or browse to them via Company on the main menu.
Click on the relevant tab on the profile menu, such as Employee or Personal etc.
Add any additional information or edit current details as required.
Once finished, scroll down to the bottom and click Save.
📎NOTE: If you have Sage 50cloud Payroll (UK only) integrated with Sage HR (known as Sage HR Online Services), you can't amend an employee's name, email address, and start date from within Sage HR and must do this via Sage 50cloud Payroll.
