If you have made sure you signing in with the correct email address it still says your password is incorrect, you can follow the steps below to reset it.
Reset a forgotten password
Go to your company's unique login page via the link in your welcome email.
The URL will say https://yourcompanyname.sage.hr/signin
After you enter your email address, click CONTINUE TO SIGN IN
If you have gone to your login page via sage.hr/signin you must make sure you are entering the correct email address. This is the email address that your welcome email was sent to. If you are unsure what email address has been used for you by your employer, you must speak to them directly.
If your login page stays like the screenshot below after entering your email address, then you are not using the correct email address. Please do not click Forgot your password? on this page, as it will not work.
Once you enter your email address and continue, you are then directed to the Sage account login page. Click the Forgot password? link on this page.
Enter your email address and click Continue. You will receive an email with a password reset password link. This link expires after 24 hours.
Click the link and enter a new password.
Confirm the password and click Continue.
Enter your Sage ID email address, then click CONTINUE TO SIGN IN.
