Sage HR is an online payslips portal where your company uploads your payslips and P60s for you to access yourself.

To be able to log in for the first time you need to have a welcome invite from your employer and create a Sage account if you don't already have one.

We explain below how to set up your access so you can log in.

Before you start

Have your welcome email to hand.

  • If you haven't received a welcome email, check your junk or spam folder, and check your employer has sent one to you using the correct email address.

  • If you've received a welcome email but it's expired ask your employer to resend it to you.

📎NOTE: The email address your welcome invite is sent to is the one you use to log in going forward. If you need this to be a different email address please contact your employer.

Set up your access

In your welcome email, if you don't already have a registered Sage account (formerly known as Sage ID) under the email address used by your employer, you need to create one before you can log in.

  1. In your welcome email, click Create Sage ID to create your login.

  2. Enter your first name, last name, a password, and confirm your password.

📌TIP: If your last name is two characters enter a space at the end.

  3. Confirm your password, then click Register.

You then automatically log in to Sage HR for the first time and your dashboard appears.

📎NOTE: If you don't have the option to create a Sage account (Sage ID) in your welcome email then this means you already have a Sage account for that email address.

Click on the link in your welcome email and log in to your company. If you can't remember your password then click Forgot your password to reset it.

Next steps

If your employer has uploaded your payslips and P60s, you can now view these on the Sage HR website or the mobile app.
