Scorecards allow to you to rate how well an applicant does during different stages set out in your pipeline.
Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
On the settings menu click Recruitment, then click Scorecards.

This setting controls whether it is possible to add an existing scorecard, or create a new scorecard when you add a new position in Recruitment.
