What does 'supported' mean?
Sage HR is available in more than 200 countries. Any company based in one of the supported countries can subscribe to Sage HR.
Companies based in non-supported countries will not be able to subscribe.
What happens if my company is based in a supported country but I am located in a non-supported country?
You will be able to access Sage HR without problems, as long as you have internet access.

I am in a supported country, but why am I still being prevented from logging in to Sage HR?
Some countries, such as China, will block traffic from certain foreign websites. If they're blocking traffic from Sage’s websites or those belonging to third-party partners that we use, this may prevent Sage HR from working normally.
If you're able to log in to Sage HR successfully when outside of a particular country, but not when in that country using the same details, it's likely that the country applies restrictions on internet traffic that are affecting your access. Be aware that if you use a VPN as a workaround, you may still have access issues due to using a VPN.

Can I ask for a non-supported country to be added to the supported list?
No. If the situation changes and we can start operating in a previously non-supported country/territory, we will update this list.
