If you've added your employees but chose not to send a welcome email, or their welcome email has expired, it's easy to resend this welcome email to them.
You can either send a welcome email to an individual employee or to multiple employees at once.
Resend to an individual employee
Log in to Sage HR as an admin user.
From the main menu, click Company then click the relevant employee profile.
Scroll to the bottom and click Personal settings.
Click Resend Sage ID invitation email.
Click Save.
Resend to multiple employees
On the main menu, click Reports.
Click Access logs.
You'll see a few widgets showing your company login statistics.
Click Re-send welcome email inside the Never logged in widget.
A popup window opens. To invite everyone in one go, click Send welcome email to all.
Alternatively, you can send invites to individual employees by clicking the Send button next to their name.
Next steps
When your employee receives the welcome email, they must set up their access from it to be able to log in. They won't be able to log in until they do this.
📎NOTE: If you have G Suite or other Single Sign On integration with Sage HR, then no password will be asked.
