Employee users
Employees don't have payslip permissions that you can configure. If:
The employee belongs to a company integrated with payroll software by Sage
Their payslips have uploaded successfully
They can view their own payslips when they sign in. Employees can only ever view their own payslips.
If an employee can't see their payslips, check the following:
Their payslips have been uploaded successfully from payroll
They're signed in to the correct company
Admin users
Admin users can view all employee payslips by default.
You can remove payslip access for an admin user. However, you can't limit access to selected employees.
An admin user can either:
View all employee payslips
View no employee payslips
You can't configure access to show only some employees' payslips
