If you can't access your primary 2FA method, use your recovery key to sign in to Sage Account Management. Once you're signed in, you can remove your existing 2FA method and set up a new one.

  1. Sign in to Sage Account Management at account.sso.sage.com.

  2. When Sage asks you to verify your identity, select Authenticate a different way.

  3. Enter your recovery key to sign in.

  4. Note down the new recovery key Sage provides after you sign in.

  5. Select Protect your account.

  6. Select Remove.

  7. You will need to enter your password and authenticate again to verify it's you trying to remove the 2FA device.

Enter your new recovery key to authenticate.

Sage removes the existing 2FA method from your account. Select Protect your account to set up 2FA again.

📌TIP: We recommend you use Sage Verify for 2FA.

Add a backup method

After you set up 2FA again, add a backup method. This lets you generate a new recovery key or reset 2FA if you lose access to your authentication device. You can recover access yourself without asking an admin to contact Sage Support on your behalf
