If someone isn't getting time off request notifications, one of these causes applies:
You didn't set them up as a time off approver for that employee
Notifications isn't turned on for them in Personal settings
They haven't logged in to the Sage HR web portal at least once
Their email security is blocking Sage HR notifications
They should make the following checks in this order.
Check they're set up as the employee's time off approver.
Check that notifications are turned on within the employee's Personal settings.
Send a welcome email and make sure the approver logs into the Sage HR web portal at least once.
Ensure email security is not blocking [email protected].
