When you log into Sage HR, you use the following details.
Email address
Your username is the email address an admin enters in the Work email section of your profile.
If you need to use a different email address to log in, an admin will need to change the email address.
📎NOTE: If you're an admin wanting to change your own email address, you can do so by changing your Sage account email address.
Password
By default, you log into Sage HR using a Sage account login. If you need to change your password, you can use the Forgot password? option on the Sage account login screen.
Phone number
If you use 2-factor authentication (2FA), you may have set it up to receive a 6-digit code by text or phone call. If you need to change the phone number you use for 2FA, or want to change to a different 2FA method, you need to reset 2FA.
Authenticator app
If you use 2FA, you may have set it up to use an authenticator app to access a 6-digit code to log in. If you need to change the app you use, or want to change to a different 2FA method, such as text or call, you need to reset 2FA.
