Reports tab in the employee's profile

An overview of the Reports tab when viewing an employee's profile in Sage HR.

In an employee's profile, when you click the Reports tab you can see a chart. This shows a visual of how much time off an employee has taken.

You also have a list of dropdowns for each time off policy that you've assigned the employee to. When you click a time off policy, you see a list of time off transactions.

You can see the following details:

  • When the transaction was created

  • What created the transaction

  • A link to view the time off request - If the transaction wasn't a time off request, this will show as N/A

  • Note for the transaction - For example, this may say someone has approved a time off request
