In an employee's profile, when you click the Reports tab you can see a chart. This shows a visual of how much time off an employee has taken.
You also have a list of dropdowns for each time off policy that you've assigned the employee to. When you click a time off policy, you see a list of time off transactions.
You can see the following details:
When the transaction was created
What created the transaction
A link to view the time off request - If the transaction wasn't a time off request, this will show as N/A
Note for the transaction - For example, this may say someone has approved a time off request
