1-to-1 meeting notes have disappeared

How to avoid notes for 1-to-1 meetings disappearing in Sage HR.

When writing your notes for a 1 to 1 meeting, when you leave the page and return to the notes, they are no longer there.

Due to you accessing Sage HR through a web browser, the browser may time out if left open for an extended period. This is normal browser behaviour and not a fault with the software. If you navigate away from the 1-to-1 page without saving, any information entered will be lost.

We recommend saving regularly and refreshing the page to check that the information has been saved. You can click Save notes to save each time something is entered.

📌TIP: You may prefer to use a locally installed application such as Notepad or Microsoft Word to make notes during the meeting and then copy and paste these notes into the 1-to-1 meeting in Sage HR at the end.
