Use a document template

How to use a document template in Sage HR.

You can set up document templates which you can use to automatically populate specific employee data.

  1. Go to the employee's profile.

  2. Click Documents on their profile menu.

  3. Click Generate from template.

  4. Select the document template you want to use from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Generate document. A preview appears.

  6. You can download a copy of the document. Click Download at the bottom of the preview.

  7. Click off the preview to close the preview window and share the document with the employee.

    Clicking Cancel will close the preview without sharing the document.
