If you need to make changes to an existing Employment status, you can edit it.
As an Admin user, click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
On the Settings menu click Employee data, then click Employment statuses & Working patterns.
Click the pencil icon next to the Employment status you want to edit.
You can edit the names and default weekend days of these statuses.
If you want to change the FTE (full-time equivalent) value, you need to create a new Employment Status.
Click Save to save your changes.

To change which employees you've assigned to an Employment Status, use the Eligibility option next to the Employment status.
