What an employee can see and do is determined by the roles they're assigned to, and the permissions of those roles.
If you need to troubleshoot why an employee can or can't see or something in Sage HR, you can go to their profile to see what roles they're assigned to.
Go to the employee's profile.
On the Employee tab scroll down to the bottom, then click Permissions.
This will then show the access and roles for this employee.
To access permission settings:
Click your name in the top-right hand corner, then click Settings.
On the settings menu, click Permissions.
