Error: 'There are outstanding time off requests for this employee'

How to resolve this error when terminating an employee in Sage HR.

When you terminate an employee, you see the following error message.

Oops...

There are outstanding time off requests for this employee.

Please approve or decline them from the ‘Time off’ page in the employee profile before you proceed with termination.

To resolve this, you'll need to approve or decline these outstanding time off requests.

If you no longer have access to the Leave Management module, you'll need to contact Sage HR support.
