Documents report

An overview of the Documents report in Sage HR, and how to use it.

The documents report is where you can view all documents in one place. You can see a list of all documents that have been uploaded to Sage HR by all users, along with their details and statuses.

📎NOTE: This report doesn't include signable documents or time off requests.

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click Employee data, then on the dropdown click Documents report.

You will see a list of documents showing the following details:

  • File name - You can click this to open the document itself

  • Category

  • Upload date

  • Who uploaded the document

  • Document type

  • Document status

  • Document expiry date

  • Who the document is shared with

📌TIP: Click Download Excel to export this report to Excel. This doesn't export the documents themselves.
