Compensation reasons appear as option to select when you add compensation to an employee's profile. These are only options for ongoing payment compensation types.
You can manage compensation reasons within your compensation settings.
Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
On the settings menu click Employee data, then click Compensation.
There are reasons already available but you can edit these or create more of your own.
Add compensation reason
Click Add compensations reason.
Name the reason category.
Click Add.
Edit compensation reason
To make changes to an existing compensation reason, click the pencil icon next to it, make your changes, then click Save.
Delete compensation reason
To remove compensation as an option, click the rubbish bin icon next to it, make your changes, then click OK to confirm.
