When you upload payslips or upload P60s to Sage HR Online Services, your employees receive an email notification that their latest payslip, or P60 is ready to view.
An employee won't receive an email notification if:
You upload payslips as historical payslips and don't select to notify employees
The employee has never logged in before
Email notifications are switched off within Personal Settings of the employee's Sage HR profile
[email protected] is blocked by the employee's email security
📎NOTE: You need to install the v30.02 Sage 50 Payroll update to have the option to notify employees about their payslips when uploading historical payslips.
