Do you have an employee you want to add to Sage HR Essentials, but they don't require to be linked to a profile in Sage Payroll? For example because they won't need to view their own payslips in Sage HR .
No problem, you can add the employee manually, then mark that they don't need to be in Sage Payroll.
When you add an employee, select No under 'Do you want to include this employee in Sage Payroll?'.
This means the employee won't be created in Sage Payroll, and you won't be prompted to complete their payroll record. This isn't permanent, so you can later choose to include them in Sage Payroll from within their profile in Sage HR Essentials.
