We' were aware of an issue for some iPhone users couldn't get past the 'Manage cookies' page when they log in to the Sage HR app.
This has been resolved and won't happen when you install the latest version of the Sage HR app from the App Store.
If you haven't installed the latest update the workaround below will also work, but we recommend you install this update.
Tap on Review cookies.
Toggle one of the options listed. For example, toggle Performance off and then back on.
The user should then be prompted to save these settings, which allows you to continue and log in as normal.
📎NOTE: If the issue persists and you still can't access your company on the Sage HR app, sign in for now via the Sage HR website at sage.hr/signin.
