Your Sage account is not currently linked to any companies. If you believe this to be an error, please contact your employer.
This normally indicates your employee is logging in to Sage Employee Online Services instead of Sage HR. You can confirm this by checking:
If the website URL says www.sagepayrollservices.co.uk
If the logo on the top says Sage Employee Online Services instead of Sage HR
Provide your employee with the correct login links
Your employees should log in to Sage HR in one of the three following ways:
📎NOTE: The Sage HR website is best suited to desktop and laptop devices. If an employee uses the website through a mobile device, some usability may arise. On a mobile device, they should use the Sage HR mobile app.
Your company's unique Sage HR URL e.g. smithcoffeeshop.sage.hr/signin
📌TIP: If they log in via the link in a notification email, this takes them to your company's Sage HR URL.

If the employee still gets this message after definitely logging in to Sage HR, terminate, delete, and re-add the employee.
