If you have downloaded the Sage HR app, and logged into your company, depending on what modules you use, there multiple notifications a user can receive.

Below is a list of all the notifications currently sent by the Sage HR app.

Core HR

Announcements

A new announcement has been posted and shared with user
User was mentioned in an announcement
User was mentioned in a comment on an announcement

Payslip or tax documents

User has a new payslip ready to view
User has a new tax document ready to use (e.g. P60)

Leave Management

An employee's time off request is waiting for approval from the user
Reminder fo user to review an employee's time off request
An employee's request to cancel time off is waiting for approval from the user
User's time off request has been approved
User's time off request has been declined
User's request to cancel time off has been approved
User's request to cancel time off has been rejected
User has a request to accept being a replacement for another colleague
User's replacement request accepted by a colleague
User's replacement request declined by a colleague

Expenses

User has an expenses claim to approve
User's expenses claim was approved
User's expenses claim was declined
User's expenses claim has been paid out

Timesheets

User's submitted timesheet period has been approved
User's submitted timesheet period has been declined

Performance

Feedback/Surveys

User has received quick feedback
User has been asked to provide feedback
User has been asked to complete a survey

Goals

User assigned to a new goal as an owner or collaborator
User was removed from a previously assigned goal
