How to cancel your subscription for Sage HR and Payroll (Canada only).

To cancel your Sage HR and Sage Payroll subscriptions:

  1. Log into Sage HR

  2. Select your name on the top right, then Settings.

  3. Select General and scroll down the page.

  4. Select Cancel my account.

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts.

📎NOTE: You need to repeat this for each of your companies if you have multiple subscriptions.

Once your account is cancelled, all your company information will be permanently deleted. You won't be charged again after your official cancellation date.
