When you upload a payslip from Sage 50 Payroll , you can either choose it to be published immediately, or you can schedule the payslip to be published on a future date.
If you need to change the date you want the payslip published, follow the steps below.
📎NOTE: You can't schedule a P60. If you published a P60 too early, you must delete it from Sage HR Online Services then upload it again when you want it available for employees.
The steps you can take depend on whether the payslips have been published already.
Log in to Sage HR Online Services as an admin user.
On the main menu on the left, click Company payslips.
This shows you a list of your employees' payslips, where you can see whether they are published or pending.
Payslip is 'Pending'
If you want to change the publish date on a pending payslip, you can upload the payslip again with the correct date. This overwrites the previous publish date set.
Payslip is 'Published'
If a payslip has been published too early, delete the published payslip in Sage HR Online Services, then upload the payslip again choosing the date you want it published.
