When you upload a payslip for an employee that doesn't yet exist in Sage HR Online Services, an employee's profile is automatically created in Sage HR Online Services. The employee is sent a welcome email so they can set up their access to view their payslip in their profile.
As an admin user, you can view the employees' uploaded payslips and P60s in the Company Payslips section.
Sometimes after uploading the payslips, the employee's payslip shows in the Company payslips section, but no profile is created for the employee. On some occasions, no email address appears next to the employee's name either.
Contact Sage 50 Payroll
If this occurs, and you can't find the employee profile by searching for them or by browsing within the Company Directory contact Sage 50 Payroll support. They can investigate something in the background that can resolve this.
Inform Sage 50 Payroll support of the following:
Uploaded payslips appear in 'Company payslips' section
No employee Sage HR profile has been created
If the Email field is blank, let support know that too
