Edit legal text for career pages

Add or update legal text in Sage HR Recruitment career pages. This lets applicants read and accept your terms before they apply.

Applicants must agree to your Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy when applying.

You must add this text in your career page settings so applicants can open and read it.


Add or edit legal text

  1. Click your name, then Settings.

  2. Click Recruitment, then Career pages.

  3. Select the recruitment group and click the pencil icon.

  4. Click Legal text.

  5. Enter your Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy.

  6. Click Save.

📌TIP: Format your text with headings, lists, or colours to improve readability.


Result

  • Applicants see clickable links for Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy

  • Links open in a new tab when selected
