Sage accounts are logins for Sage users that allow you to access different Sage products and services using the same login. This means if you ever need to use other Sage products you'll only ever need to remember one email address and one password to log in.
You use a Sage account to log into your Sage HR company. To change your email address for Sage HR, you will need to change your email address for your Sage account. This is done from within Account Management.
📎NOTE: These steps will also change your email address for all other Sage products and services for which you use this Sage account login.
Your password and 2-factor authentication remain the same.
EXAMPLE: If your Sage account is [email protected], which you use for Sage HR, Sage Payroll and Sage Accounting. If you change your Sage account email address to [email protected], you will now log in to Sage HR, Sage Payroll and Sage Accounting with [email protected].
Log in to account.sso.sage.com with your current email address and password.
📌TIP: If you need to authenticate, but don't have access to your 2FA device, you can use your recovery code or recovery method.
Click Email address.
Enter your new email address and click Continue.
📎NOTE: You can only change it to an email address that isn't already used for an existing Sage account.
Make sure you’ve entered your details correctly as we'll use this email address to get in touch with you. You'll receive an email with a verification code to confirm you have access to the new email account.
Enter the code and click Verify email.
Your email address will not change until you have entered the verification code.📌TIP: Find out what to do if you’ve not received an activation or verification email.
You're redirected back to the Sage Account Management login screen so you can log in using your new email address.
This won't log you into Sage HR. To log in to Sage HR go to your company's unique Sage HR URL, or go to sage.hr/signin.
📎NOTE: Your password and 2FA (if enabled) will not change unless you choose to change them.
Some products use your email address to link to other services and it can take up to a few days for the email change to update everywhere. From time to time, we may need to contact you to confirm if the email change should apply to other products or services.
