If you have forgotten your password for Sage HR you can reset it using the Sage HR app.
📎NOTE: You can only reset your password if you set up your access from a welcome email. If you're unsure whether you did that, or you don't have a welcome email please contact your employer. They can see whether you have set up your access yet and they can resend you a new welcome invite if required.
Steps differ slightly depending on whether you use Sage HR to access payslips. Let us know below if you use Sage HR for payslips, and we can provide you with the exact steps to change your password on the Sage HR app.

Enter your email address, then tap Next.
If your email address is registered for more than one company, you may need to enter a Workspace. Enter the workspace for the relevant company, then tap Next again.
On the Sage account login screen, tap Forgot your password?
Re-enter the email address.
Tap Forgot password.
Re-enter your email address.
Click Continue.
If the email address exists in our database, you will receive an email to reset your password.
Once you've reset your password you can log in to the Sage HR app or website using that new password.

Enter your email address, then tap Next.
If your email address is registered for more than one company, you may need to enter a Workspace. Enter the workspace for that company, then tap Next again.
Tap Forgot your password?
Re-enter the email address.
Click RESET PASSWORD.
If the email address exists in our database, you will receive an email to reset your password.
Once you've reset your password you can log in to the Sage HR app or website using that new password.
