Several employee details can be manually amended in Sage HR Online Services. For details that you can't amend manually because they show as a locked field, for example, an employee's start date or date of birth, we recommend you amend it in Sage 50 Payroll. The details update in Sage HR Online Services the next time you upload the employee's payslip.

On the rare occasion that this doesn't work, a workaround is to use the import template and reimport the employee with the amended details.
