We are currently in the process of moving and updating some customers to the latest version of Online Services, which is your online payslips platform.

Some customers have been previously using Sage HR Online Services v1 and are being updated to Sage HR Online Services v2. Some other customers have been using Sage Employee Online Services, a different online payslips portal, and are being moved from this to Sage HR Online Services.

If you need help after your update, but unsure which Online Services you were using before you received a prompt in Sage 50cloud Payroll to update, take a look at the screenshots below.
