When you update to the latest version of Sage HR Online Services there are some new and improved features to make the most of.

Schedule when your payslips are uploaded
Rather than being uploaded to Sage HR Online Services immediately, you can now schedule your payslips to be uploaded on a future date. The payslips are available to view for the employee on this publish date.
Payslip and P60 notifications
When you upload your payslips and P60s from Sage 50cloud Payroll, your employees now get notified that their latest payslip or P60 is available to view. They're notified by email and if they have the Sage HR app downloaded on their phone, they'll also get a notification on their phone. Payslips and P60 admin dashboard
You can now view all of your employees' payslips and P60s from a single page. You can filter what you see as well as tell whether payslips have been published or have been scheduled for a future date.
Additional admins can view employee payslips
Previously only the main admin, the account that originally set up Sage HR Online Services in Sage 50cloud Payroll, could view other employees' payslips and P60s.

Additional admins can resend welcome emails
Previously only the main admin, the account that originally set up Sage HR Online Services in Sage 50cloud Payroll, could resend welcome emails.
Now your additional admins can also resend a welcome email to other employees.
Quicker process to change employee email address
The process to change an employee's email address is quicker and easier now. You no longer have to contact Sage for the employee to be removed in the background.

Starters and Leavers integration with Sage 50cloud Payroll
The integration with Sage 50cloud Payroll is now improved. If you add an employee in Sage HR Online Services directly first you're now presented with an option to fill out details that can then be imported to automatically create a new employee record in Sage 50cloud Payroll.

View in Sage 50cloud Payroll when you import leaver information
When an employee leaves your company, when you terminate them you can also import their leavers information into Sage 50cloud Payroll.

How do I update to Sage HR Online Services v2?
All customers who are Sage HR Online Services v1 should see the following prompt when you log in to Sage 50cloud Payroll.
When you get this prompt, you can ignore the messaging in the prompt about preparation steps and a support hub, which is for customers not using Sage HR Online Services at all.
Just click Yes and this will start your update to Sage HR Online Services v2. This doesn't take long, then once done you can start using your new features mentioned earlier in this guide.
