When you have uploaded employees' payslips or P60s from Sage 50cloud Payroll, they are available to view in Sage HR Online Services in a payslips dashboard where you can see all published and scheduled payslips.

We'll show you how easy it is to do this.


Before you start

  • This feature is only available if you use Sage HR Online Services v2. If you use v1, to view employees' payslips and P60s, you must do so from the Payslips and P60s tab in their profile.

View all payslips and P60s

You can view all of your uploaded payslips and P60s, both those that have been published or scheduled to be published on a future date.

  1. Log in to Sage HR Online Services as an admin user.

  2. On the main menu on the left, click Company payslips.


    📌TIP: If your menu just shows icons, you can click on the arrow below the search bar to expand it.

  3. You'll then be presented with a list of all your employees' payslips in order of most recent publish date.

    The page defaults to payslips, to view P60s, click P60s at the top.





Payslip/P60 details

Payslips

Details you can see on the payslip page include:

  • Employee name

  • Employee email

  • Pay date

  • Gross pay

  • Tax paid

  • Net pay

  • Status - This clarifies whether the payslip is ready to view for the employee

    • Published = Live for the employee to view

    • Pending = Scheduled to go live for the employee to view on the publish date

  • Publish date - This is the date the payslip is uploaded or scheduled.

If you click on a payslip, you can see more details.

P60s

Details you can see on the P60 page include:

  • Employee name

  • Employee email

  • Tax year - e.g 2021/2022

  • Publish date - This is the date the P60 was uploaded, ready for employees to view.

Filter Payslips/P60s

By default you see all uploaded payslips/P60s for all employees. You can filter this by employee, date range, and status.

Filter by employee

In the search bar enter the name of the employee.

Filter by date range

  1. Click Filter.

  2. Under date range click on the drop down arrow.


  3. You have three options to filter by for date:

    • All time

    • This month

    • Custom date range


  4. Click Apply.

Now only payslips/P60s in the selected date range show.

Filter by Status

  1. Click Filter.

  2. Under Status click on the drop down arrow.


  3. You have three options to filter by for status:

    • All statuses

    • Pending

    • Published

  4. Click Apply.

Now only payslips/P60s with the selected status show.


Download payslips/P60s

It is possible to download employee payslips and P60s from this page. You can either download an individual payslip or P60s, or download multiple in one go.

Download one payslip

Click on a payslip, then click Download PDF.

Alternatively click on the checkbox next to one payslip on your list, then click Download as PDF.

Download multiple payslips

If you want to download more than one payslip or P60, this is simple to do.

Tick the payslips you want to download.

📌TIP: To save you time, you can select all payslips/P60s listed in one go. Just tick the box at the very top next to Name, or click Select all [number] payslips. Don't forget, you can filter the amount of payslips listed.

Once all the payslips you want to download are selected you can either click Download as PDF or Download as ZIP.

  • To download the payslips so they show in one PDF, click Download as PDF.


  • To download the payslips as individual PDFs, click Download as ZIP.


Delete payslips/P60s

If you have a payslip or P60 that needs deleting, for example because it was uploaded in error or is incorrect, you can easily do so. How you delete the payslip depends on whether it is published or pending.

Delete pending payslip

  1. Select the relevant payslip(s), then click Delete.


  2. You are asked to confirm whether you want to delete. Click Delete [number] payslip(s).

Delete published payslip

If you need to delete a published payslip, this must be done from the employee's profile.

  1. Go to the employee's profile, then click Payslips & P60s on the profile menu.

  2. On the relevant payslip or P60, click on the three dots, then click Delete.


  3. You're prompted to confirm whether you want to delete it. Click OK.
