You enter your company information when you first set up Sage Business Cloud Payroll (Canada). You can also update your company information after you've set up your company. You may need to do this if you've changed your address or if you need to add information before completing a tax submission.

Making changes to your company information also updates the information that appears on invoices and statements that you send to your customers.

Add a new company

If you've already set up a company and need to add another one:

  1. Log out of your existing company.

  2. Complete the sign up process again. Enter a new company name, but use the same email address.

Once the sign up process is complete, to change companies:

  1. From the company drop-down list, select Manage Companies.

  2. Select the company you want to use.

Change your company information

If you've already set up your company and need to change some of the information:

  1. From the company drop-down list, select Manage Companies.

  2. Select the company you want to edit.

  3. Select the type of information you want to edit, for example Contact Person Detail.

  4. Enter the new information, then Save.
