Notifications for published payslips and P60s - Sage 50 Payroll integration

When you upload payslips or P60s from Sage 50 Payroll (UK only), employees are notified by email that their payslips are ready to view.

When you upload payslips or upload P60s from Sage 50 Payroll to Sage HR Online Services, your employees are automatically notified that their latest payslip or P60 is ready to view.

Your employee receives an email about this, and if they have the Sage HR app downloaded, they'll also get a silent phone notification too.


Notification email

Your employees receive the following email.

All they'll need to do is log in, and their payslips will be ready to view in the Payslips & P60s tab in their profile. If you schedule a payslip to be uploaded for a future date, your employee will get this notification on the scheduled date.

📌TIP: Notifications come from [email protected]. If your employees query why they haven't received anything, advise them to check that their email security doesn't block emails from this address.

This setting is enabled by default. If employees don't want to get email notifications, it's easy for them to switch these off.


Sage HR app notification

When your employee taps on the notification on their phone, when they log in they'll be taken directly to the payslip or P60 within the Sage HR app.

This setting is enabled by default, but if employees don't want to get push notifications on their phone, they can switch off Sage HR app notifications from within their phone settings.

📎NOTE: Employees can only get mobile phone notifications if they have the Sage HR app downloaded.


No notifications sent?

There are a couple of reasons why an employee won't get an email notification after a payslip has been uploaded from Sage 50 Payroll.
