The Documents feature in Sage HR is for sharing documents that can be viewed and shared by other employees. However, there may be documents regarding an employee that you want to upload to their profile, but not have the employee to be able to see. For example, a disciplinary review document.
It's possible to do this by using the Notes function in an employee's profile.
When you add a note, you can add an attachment that you can download. This could be a PDF document.
📎NOTE: By default, team managers and direct managers can see notes, unless you deselect Visible to managers.
