If you've been sent a document to sign, but you can't find it or you can't sign it, there are a few things to check.

Don't use the Sage HR app

Please make sure you are trying to sign an eSignature document via a web browser. Documents can't be accessed on the Sage HR app.


Look on your Dashboard

The document to sign should appear under the My tasks widget on your Dashboard.


Try a different browser

If you are having problem trying to sign the document, try accessing Sage HR on a different internet browser e.g. use Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.

If you continue to have problems trying to sign the document, please contact your HR admin.
