When you add a new employee manually in Sage HR Online Services you're able to send their information across to Sage 50 Payroll to automatically create their payroll employee record.
This saves you time having to manually create an employee record in Sage 50 Payroll and re-entering their information into relevant fields.
You can also transfer across information for leavers when you terminate an employee in Sage HR Online Services so you can easily import their leave date.
Starters
When you create an employee in Sage HR Online Services you have the option to send the new employee information across to Sage 50 Payroll. You can then import this employee information to automatically create the new starter in Sage 50 Payroll.
Leavers
When you terminate an employee in Sage HR Online Services, if their profile is linked to their record in Sage 50 Payroll, their leaver information is automatically sent across to Sage 50 Payroll for you to import.
