There is a setting you can apply in Sage HR Online Services to allow an employee to access their payslips after they've been terminated.
📎NOTE: This setting is only available for Sage HR integrated with Sage 50 Payroll UK.
From their termination date you can grant them access to their payslips on the Sage HR website up to either:
7 days
30 days
1 year
This means even when they have left the company, they can log into their profile on a computer to view their payslips for the amount of time you select.
📎NOTE: Make your terminated employees aware that to access their payslips after they leave, they must do so using the Sage HR website on a computer.
Your employees lose all access to your company on the Sage HR mobile app the day after their termination date.
Logged in as an admin, click on your name on the top right, then click Settings.
Click Permissions, then click Employees.
When you select Allow employees to access payslips after termination you can allow a leaver to have access to payslips for either:
7 days
30 days
1 year
📎NOTE: This is from their termination date in Sage HR Online Services. Employees can access payslips on the Sage HR website if they've been terminated, but they can't access them if they've been deleted.
When the employee logs in to Sage HR Online Services they only have access to their payslips and P60s. Advise your leaving employees to download these payslips whilst they still have access.
