Sometimes you may need to delete a company from your Sage HR Online Services portal, for example if the company is no longer required.

You may also need to delete the company in order to set it up again from scratch.

There are a few steps you need to complete in order for the company to be deleted, and if required to allow your Payroll to set up the company again for Sage HR.

  1. Complete a form to request deletion of the company from the Online Services portal.

  2. To set up the company again, you will then need to contact technical support, so that Sage can reset some information in the background.
